Mar de Pulpí is an extraordinary residential complex of bungalows and duplexes with a garden and excellent views of the sea, located on the beachfront in San Juan de los Terreros, Costa de Almería.

The residence is located next to the beach and in front of a large coastal park with theme gardens. Its elegant facades of Andalusian design stand out and it is perfect to enjoy the good climate of the area, thanks to its communal swimming pools with Jacuzzi and well-kept green areas.

The Mar de Pulpí residential complex is a recently built project located on the beachfront. The houses are fully furnished and equipped, and all have air conditioning and heating. The apartments may be located on the ground floor, in which case they will have a private garden, or on the upper floor with a solarium. The price of the reservation includes a parking space in the basement.

There are several community pools with Jacuzzi, one of the pools is heated and also has a Finnish sauna.
